Job Description
Accotech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Finance & Admin Officer to oversee daily financial operations, bookkeeping, and administrative duties across multiple companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and perform reconciliations using Xero or QuickBooks.
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts and debtor reports.
- Manage client payments while upholding a zero-debtors policy.
- Assist in payroll processing to ensure timely submissions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in finance or administration.
- Proficient in Xero or QuickBooks.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
