Job Description
Location: Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | Night Shift aligned with US hours)
Cyber Earth Solutions is looking for a talented Civil Estimator with a strong background in the US construction sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in quantity takeoffs and cost estimation for civil and architectural projects, along with a comprehensive understanding of US standards and documentation practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review civil and architectural drawings and bidding documents
- Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
- Collaborate with project teams to clarify project scope and requirements
- Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of all estimates
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 2–5 years of experience in the US market, and proficiency in PlanSwift or similar estimation tools.
