- Facilitate onboarding and respond to employee inquiries.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with legal requirements.
- Coordinate and manage performance reviews.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills.
