Job Description
Experience: 2-4 years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, BBA – Finance, or B.COM
Location: Wah
Salary Range: Competitive
Key Responsibilities:
- Process property and land transfer files efficiently.
- Verify ownership documents, allotment letters, and NOCs.
- Draft and review transfer deeds and relevant paperwork.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to execute transfers.
- Maintain and update records of transfers and payments.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and real estate regulations.
- Assist in resolving any documentation or ownership challenges.
- Prepare periodic reports on transfer activities.
