Job Description
SmartTalent is on the lookout for a passionate Performance Marketing Associate to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Your key tasks will include audience targeting, collaborating closely with creative teams, and monitoring campaign performance to ensure success.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
