Job Description
SMA Visa Services Pvt Ltd is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to handle in-person client visits and provide timely support via WhatsApp, phone, and email. Key duties include greeting clients, researching case details, maintaining files in MS Word and Excel, coordinating with internal teams, and issuing clear status updates.
- Requirements: Intermediate (FA/FSc); proficient in MS Word and Excel; strong verbal and written English; organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience with immigration/visa procedures is a plus. Candidates near DHA Phase 1 preferred.
- Salary: Rs25,00–35,00 per month. Work location: on-site (in person).
