Job Description
We seek a reliable, organized Administrative Assistant with at least six months of administrative experience to support daily office operations. Responsibilities include maintaining office records, managing supplies, scheduling meetings, assisting and supervising clerical staff, and ensuring timely completion of routine administrative tasks.
- Requirements: minimum six months in an administrative role, basic MS Office proficiency, strong communication and organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask.
- Education: minimum high school diploma (intermediate) or college graduate.
- Position: full-time with benefits including daily lunch, medical allowance, performance bonuses, and paid leave.
