Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to oversee product inspections, sampling, testing, and documentation to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. The role includes performing incoming and in-process inspections, analyzing test results, identifying defects, and coordinating corrective actions with production and engineering. You will maintain quality records, update procedures, and support continuous improvement efforts within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of QC experience; familiarity with ISO standards and basic statistical tools
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication; proactive, organized, and able to work cross-functionally
