Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager, RHR to support HR operations, recruitment, rewards, and employee relations. You will assist the HR Manager in implementing policies, administering performance management, and ensuring compliance.

• Coordinate talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS processes.
• Analyze HR metrics, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements.
• Provide guidance on labor law compliance and contribute to compensation strategies.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, minimum 3 years’ HR experience, strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills; knowledge of labor laws and HRIS preferred.
