Job Description
Full-Time, Office-Based | Salary: PKR 40,00–60,00/month | 12-hour shifts | 4 leaves/month
We are seeking a Grocery Department Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure product quality, and lead the grocery team.
- Manage daily operations, maintain stock levels, monitor expirations, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Supervise staff, assign tasks, coordinate supplier orders and deliveries, and maintain displays, labeling, and pricing.
- Inspect products for quality, remove damaged goods, maintain cleanliness, and prepare daily stock and sales reports.
- Handle customer complaints, assist with promotions, and monitor sales performance.
Requirements: 2–3 years in grocery store management or related role, strong FMCG and inventory knowledge, excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills. Work Location: In person.
