Job Description
Prime Kingdom Pvt Ltd. invites applications for on-site part-time Customer Service Representatives. Freshers are welcome.
- Responsibilities: Listen to customer inquiries, evaluate issues, escalate to relevant teams, and follow prepared response scripts.
- Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and solid problem-solving abilities.
- Shifts: 2:00 PM–8:00 PM; 3:00 PM–9:00 PM; 4:00 PM–10:00 PM; or 5:00 PM–11:00 PM.
- Compensation: PKR 25,00/month plus performance incentives; top performers may receive exclusive rewards, including foreign trips.
