Job Description
Expert BOS is seeking a full-time Surveillance Officer based in Karachi to monitor live video feeds of US retail stores during day and afternoon shifts. The role requires identifying theft, fraud, and policy violations, preparing accurate incident reports, and ensuring surveillance equipment functions reliably. Prior back-office experience is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of surveillance or retail loss-prevention experience
- Strong observational and reporting skills; fluent English
- Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as required
- In-person attendance and previous surveillance experience required
