Job Description

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s leading real estate portal, is hiring a proactive Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary client contact. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, scheduling property viewings, maintaining CRM records, assisting with document preparation, resolving customer concerns, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred; customer service experience required (real estate experience a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; excellent communication and organizational skills
