Job Description
Location: Multan and project sites, Pakistan. Contractual appointment for one position (maximum age 40), Dec 2025–Jun 2026. Reports to the Project Manager.
- Lead community mobilization on climate resilience, water conservation, and green city initiatives.
- Form and support community groups for operation and maintenance.
- Facilitate stakeholder consultations, focus group discussions, and social mapping.
- Mainstream gender and social inclusion; document feedback, grievances, and success stories.
- Prepare clear reports and coordinate with project teams.
Qualifications: BA/MA in Social Sciences, Development, or Environmental Studies; minimum 4 years’ community engagement experience; skilled in PRA tools and facilitation; proficiency in local languages and report writing.
