Job Description

Our client, a global leader in workplace behavior change since 1992, seeks a Senior Content Strategist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience. The role manages end-to-end content workflows and develops multi-channel strategies for blogs, social, cold outreach, and whitepapers. Responsibilities include editorial calendar management, SEO collaboration, content campaign execution, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination with design, social, and sales teams. Familiarity with AI-assisted content automation and balancing it with human oversight is required.
