Job Description
Appcrates is seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to manage inbound and outbound B2B communications, resolve client inquiries, and foster strong corporate relationships. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution, maintain accurate interaction records, provide product and order support, and identify solutions that meet client needs while complying with service-level agreements. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; 1–2 years of B2B CSR experience is ideal. Required skills include strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, time management, customer-focused problem solving, and basic proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems. This is a full-time, in-person position based at our office.
