Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Project Assistant to support project managers in delivering projects on time and within scope. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, monitoring progress, preparing status reports, organizing meetings, maintaining project documentation, and liaising with stakeholders. You will also assist with budget tracking, basic data analysis, and procurement follow-ups.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment; prior project support experience or internships are a plus.
