Job Description
Tara Group Pakistan is seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in KPK to lead and develop the sales team, expand the dealer network, and ensure high-quality field services for farmers. This full-time, on-site role requires a B.Sc. (Hons) or M.Sc. (Hons) in Agriculture and 5–6 years of relevant experience.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team
- Build and strengthen rural dealer channels to increase market share
- Ensure consistent, high-quality field support and farmer engagement
