Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Montessori Lead Teacher to guide children aged 3–6 in a thoughtfully prepared classroom. Responsibilities include planning and implementing the Montessori curriculum, observing and documenting student progress, managing the learning environment, and maintaining clear, professional communication with families. Applicants must hold Montessori certification (AMI or AMS preferred), possess a minimum of two years’ lead teaching experience, and demonstrate strong knowledge of child development, patience, and excellent communication skills.
