Job Description
EWDTech seeks a professional Customer Service Representative Intern to manage customer inquiries and ensure a smooth service experience across phone, email, and chat. The role involves responding to queries, resolving issues, handling complaints courteously, maintaining accurate interaction records, and supporting the team as needed.
- Trial period: 1 week; stipend PKR 10,00–15,00 during trial
- Internship: 3-month contract, in-person; potential for long-term placement based on performance
- Requirements: strong communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly professional attitude, basic computer and typing ability, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment
