Job Description
UTF Labs is seeking a Female Client Service Associate for our Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi office. Applicants must be female, hold a bachelor’s degree, be fluent in English, and be comfortable with computers. Call center/BPO experience is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide excellent support.
This is a full-time, on-site position with a monthly salary of Rs30,00–Rs50,00. Preference will be given to candidates residing near Gulshan-e-Iqbal.
