Job Description
As Sales Manager, you will oversee regional business operations, sales performance, and project execution. You will lead and mentor the sales team, drive business development initiatives, and ensure achievement of individual and team targets. Key duties include conducting regular field and outstation visits, managing distributors and contracts, overseeing supply chain and regulatory compliance, and gathering market intelligence. You will coordinate with technical services to resolve customer issues promptly and maintain service excellence. Additionally, you will undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed by management to support strategic objectives and measurable commercial results.
