Job Description
Pentagon Food Group Ltd is seeking full-time on-site Customer Support Officers for our UK-based food group in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi. The role involves tele-sales and customer support, including handling inquiries, up‑/cross‑selling, churn and debt management, and customer basket optimization.
- Working hours: Summer 1:00 PM–10:00 PM; Winter 2:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Requirements: strong spoken English and communication skills, call-center experience preferred, basic Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Salary: PKR 55,00–60,00/month plus Eid bonus, CL/AL/SL, health & life insurance, EOBI contributions, sales incentives, annual increments and career progression
