Job Description
Vire HR Solutions seeks a proactive, full-time Customer Support Representative for Last Mile operations in Gajjumata, Ferozepur Road, Lahore. In-person hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate couriers for dispatch and routing; track daily courier performance.
- Handle shipper and customer inquiries and complaints; manage Shipper Advice tasks (outbound calling, status updates, tracking).
- Analyze operational data, prepare performance summaries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate delivery and interaction records.
Qualifications: experience in courier/logistics or customer support is a plus; strong communication, coordination, multitasking, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities; proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets required.
