Job Description
PriceOye is seeking a full-time, in-person Customer Service Representative based in Sector I-9, Islamabad. As the primary point of contact via phone, email, chat, and social media, you will provide product information, pricing, and availability; process orders, returns, and exchanges; and escalate complex issues while upholding company policies.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving skills.
- Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
- Other: Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Compensation: PKR 28,00–35,00 per month plus a performance bonus up to PKR 12,00.
