Job Description
Penta Express seeks a full-time, in-person Business Development Executive to drive international courier and logistics sales to SMEs and corporate clients. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, cold calling, client visits, supporting Business Development Managers (BDMs), maintaining CRM records, preparing proposals, coordinating client onboarding, and delivering after-sales service.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (HEC-recognized); 6–12 months courier/logistics sales experience or exceptional fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude.
- Skills: excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities; target-driven mindset. Driving license is a plus.
