Job Description
Mubeen Migration in Lahore seeks a presentable, confident female Front Desk Officer for a full-time, in-person role. The officer will manage reception duties, greet and assist walk-in clients, handle phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries, provide basic visa and immigration information, schedule appointments, maintain client records and filing, coordinate with consultants, and ensure a tidy, professional reception area.
Requirements: female candidates only, minimum Intermediate education, fluent in English and Urdu, basic computer skills (MS Word, WhatsApp, email), professional appearance, and a calm, courteous demeanor.
