Job Description
Azul Productions seeks a full-time Pashto and Dari Customer Service Representative to join our night team supporting attorneys. This onsite role is at DHA Phase 6, Ittehad Commercial, scheduled 8:00 PM–6:00 AM.
Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, explaining procedures, verifying and updating client records, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality service. Candidates must be fluent in Pashto and Dari, demonstrate strong US-standard verbal and written communication, and show meticulous attention to detail. Prior customer service or collections experience is preferred.
- Shift: Night (8 PM–6 AM)
- Location: DHA Phase 6, Ittehad Commercial (onsite)
- Compensation: Rs75,00–85,00 per month
