Job Description
TrackPad (Gulshan-e-Jamal) seeks a full-time Female Customer Support Specialist to manage WhatsApp Business chats. Shift: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Paid training: 1–2 months.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to WhatsApp inquiries and provide product/order information.
- Follow up leads, maintain accurate customer records, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Represent the brand professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements: female candidates only; 6–12 months chat/customer support experience preferred; strong written English or Urdu; tech-savvy with good typing and multitasking; punctual and solution-oriented; familiarity with WhatsApp Business is a plus.
Salary: Rs30,00–40,00/month. Onsite at TrackPad with professional growth opportunities.
