Job Description
BI COMMUNICATIONS seeks a full-time Customer Service & Sales Specialist with 1–3 years of experience in automotive sales, dealerships, or services. Responsibilities include managing inbound/outbound inquiries, identifying customer needs, recommending automotive solutions, generating and following up on leads, closing sales, maintaining records and reports, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving monthly targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM
- Rotational in-person schedule; competitive salary plus incentives
