Job Description
Liberty Books Pvt Ltd is seeking an Area Sales Manager – Retail to lead multi‑location retail and e‑commerce sales. You will develop and execute sales strategies, apply customer data and analytics to improve store performance and inventory, and oversee visual merchandising and loyalty programs. The role includes setting and monitoring targets, designing staff training, and frequent outlet visits (approximately 75% travel).
Requirements:
- 3–5 years in retail management or multi‑location operations
- Strong sales forecasting, CRM, and inventory management skills
- Proven leadership and training experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Full‑time, on‑site. Compensation: Rs125,00–Rs150,00 per month.
