Job Description
Family Builders & Developers seeks motivated Real Estate Consultants to join our sales team. Ideal candidates are client-focused, sales-driven, and enthusiastic; entry-level applicants with a minimum of 6 months’ experience are welcome.
- Responsibilities: respond to inquiries, conduct model home briefings and site visits, manage bookings, complete documentation and CRM entries, follow up with buyers, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Requirements: 2–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred, strong verbal communication and basic negotiation skills, confidence, self-motivation, and knowledge of the local property market.
