Job Description
TCB seeks an Expert Customer Service Representative in Faisalabad to manage inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. Duties include handling product questions (mattresses, toppers, bedding, clearance), converting chats to COD orders, confirming customer details, providing pricing, discounts, and delivery estimates, coordinating with warehouse/dispatch, and managing complaints, returns, and follow-ups. Maintain daily records and follow SOPs.
- Requirements: Minimum Intermediate education (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Fluent Urdu; basic English is a plus
- CSR/online sales experience preferred; familiar with WhatsApp Business, Facebook Pages, and Instagram DMs
- Honest, punctual; full-time, shift-based position
