Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist U.S. customers via phone, email, and chat. The successful candidate will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot common issues, and uphold high customer satisfaction through professional, timely service.
- Responsibilities: respond promptly to customer contacts, document cases accurately, coordinate with internal teams, and achieve performance targets aligned with U.S. time zones.
- Requirements: excellent English communication, a customer-focused attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a minimum of one year in a support or related role. Familiarity with CRM tools and prior remote work experience are preferred.
