Job Description
Binrafiq Textiles seeks a Male Color Matching Specialist to ensure accurate, consistent color reproduction for textile printing. Responsibilities include color and shade correction, ICC profile adjustment (CMYK & Lab), preparing and managing TIF/PSD/AI files in Photoshop and Illustrator, conducting print trials, coordinating sample approvals, and matching digital designs to printed fabric. The role requires maintaining color consistency across runs, documenting corrections, profiles and settings, and verifying substrates and press parameters.
- Education: Matric/Intermediate
- Experience: 2–3 years in shade matching
- Skills: strong ICC/CMYK/Lab knowledge, textile printing understanding, hands-on Photoshop/Illustrator, attention to detail, effective communication
- Full-time, in-person; salary from Rs40,00/month
