Job Description
We are a dynamic marketing firm seeking motivated Call Center Representatives to generate qualified leads through outbound cold calling. Candidates will identify decision-makers, maintain a prospect pipeline, record interactions in CRM, and collaborate with marketing and sales to improve conversion rates. Full training on our marketing services and sales processes is provided.
- Responsibilities: make cold calls, qualify prospects, update CRM, and support conversion strategies.
- Qualifications: strong verbal communication, basic lead-generation knowledge, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently; prior cold-calling or telemarketing experience is a plus.
- Details: full-time, in-person role. Compensation Rs50,00–Rs70,00/month plus performance incentives and opportunities for growth.
