Job Description
We are seeking a Rider Retention Specialist to increase active rider engagement and reduce churn through targeted retention programs, incentives, and strategic communications. You will analyze rider behavior and KPIs, design and run A/B tests, manage feedback and dispute resolution, and collaborate with operations and marketing to improve the rider experience.
- Requirements: 1-2 years in customer success or operations; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis (Excel; SQL a plus); comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: experience with ride-hailing or gig platforms.
