Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Talent to support talent acquisition and development by coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs. You will lead candidate sourcing, manage relationships with hiring managers, implement training initiatives, analyze workforce metrics, and optimize talent processes to support organizational growth.
- Requirements: 3+ years in recruiting or HR; bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred
