Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Relations Officer to deliver outstanding guest experiences and support our commitment to hospitality excellence.
- Welcome guests and manage efficient check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle inquiries and resolve complaints with tact and discretion.
- Coordinate services with other departments and maintain accurate guest records.
