Job Description
Blackenwhite is hiring a full-time Customer Support Representative in Karachi. The role involves managing calls and social media chats (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), resolving logistics and shipment inquiries, addressing complaints with empathy, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the team to achieve targets.
- Requirements: prior customer support experience, strong English communication, professional and friendly manner, motivated and hardworking.
- Education: minimum intermediate or graduate. Not suitable for students.
- Workplace: in-person role; reliable commuting or relocation to Karachi required.
- Salary: PKR 35,00–45,00 per month.
