Job Description
We seek an experienced Educational Counselor to provide academic and personal guidance that supports student success. You will advise on course selection, career planning, college admissions, and social-emotional needs through individual and group counseling sessions.
- Conduct assessments, maintain confidential records, and coordinate with teachers and parents.
- Design and deliver workshops and targeted interventions to promote academic and personal development.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field; 2+ years in counseling or student services; strong communication, active listening, cultural sensitivity, and organizational skills. Counseling license or certification preferred.
