Job Description

Burger Lab seeks a full-time, in-person Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, staff training, inventory control, scheduling, and customer service while maintaining food safety, regulatory compliance, and a strong brand reputation. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business and have at least three years of restaurant or hospitality management experience.

• Required: MS Office proficiency, strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and improving customer satisfaction
• Compensation: PKR 90,00–100,00 per month plus competitive benefits, career advancement, and employee meal discounts
