Job Description
Techsol IT seeks 20 full-time Customer Service Sales Representatives / International Sales Agents for a night shift (starts at 12:00 AM) in Shahra-e-Faisal. Compensation: base PKR 75,00 plus commission (average take-home ≈ PKR 90,00).
Responsibilities include outbound cold calling to international clients, presenting IT services, qualifying leads, logging CRM entries, meeting KPIs, handling objections, and closing sales.
- Requirements: neutral/near‑native English fluency, minimum 6 months cold‑calling or sales experience, strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Applicants must be punctual, team‑oriented, goal‑driven, resilient to rejection; CRM experience preferred. All genders encouraged to apply.
