Job Description
Progressive Resource seeks an empathetic Inbound Sales Representative to manage incoming inquiries for a U.S.-based home care client. The role guides seniors and families from first contact to signed agreements via phone, email, and digital leads. Key duties: qualify leads, explain services, pricing and contracts, close sales, follow up warm prospects, coordinate onboarding, maintain CRM records, meet response/conversion/revenue targets, and maintain HIPAA compliance.
- Qualifications: 1+ year inbound/inside sales or customer service (healthcare preferred), CRM experience, strong communication skills, high school diploma required (BA preferred).
