Job Description
Slash International seeks permanent Customer Support Executives for a UK-based campaign at Naqvi Naqsh, Stadium Rd, Chandni Chowk (New Town), Karachi. This non-sales, inbound role involves managing bookings and resolving customer inquiries. Offering fixed salary PKR 35,00–40,00, paid overtime, an annual PKR 12,00 increase, rapid growth opportunities, and one month of paid training.
- Shifts: Morning 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; Afternoon 12:00 PM–9:00 PM; Evening 5:00 PM–2:00 AM; Night 12:00 AM–9:00 AM
- Requirements: fluent English, confident communication skills, call-handling experience preferred; minimum intermediate education (graduates preferred)
