Job Description
We seek a Client Success Specialist to cultivate strong client relationships, ensure seamless onboarding, and maximize customer satisfaction. As the primary client contact, you will monitor progress, resolve issues, coordinate with product and support teams, and drive renewals to sustain long-term partnerships. Ideal candidates have at least two years in client-facing roles, excellent written and verbal communication, proven problem-solving skills, and experience with CRM platforms.
