Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Night-Shift Customer Service Representative to work onsite at 491 Pak Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore (8:00 PM–5:00 AM). The role involves handling inbound calls, live chat, and email support for U.S. customers using a clear American English accent.
- Requirements: Minimum 3 years CSR experience (packaging sales preferred), fluent American English, excellent verbal and written communication.
- Must be confident on calls, chats, and emails, able to multitask, and have a reliable commute.
- Compensation: Rs50,00/month plus commission. Training, a professional environment, and career growth opportunities provided.
