Job Description

M/S EUSOL seeks a dedicated Customer Support Executive with excellent spoken and written English to join our on-site team. Responsibilities include promptly responding to email and chat inquiries, resolving issues to ensure high customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate interaction records, and coordinating with other departments to achieve timely resolutions.

Prior customer support experience is advantageous. We require strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
