Job Description
We are recruiting a full-time RMNCH Coordinator & Trainer to strengthen Skilled Birth Attendants and primary health care providers in selected KP districts. The role will develop WHO-aligned Training-of-Trainers (ToT) materials and deliver in-person training on early maternal and newborn danger sign recognition, Essential Newborn Care (ENC), stabilization, and referral protocols.
Key responsibilities include establishing district mentorship and supportive supervision, reinforcing PHC-level referral systems, and building capacity for timely referrals to THQ/DHQ. The position emphasizes adherence to quality clinical standards and the routine application of ENC practices to improve newborn outcomes and contribute to health systems strengthening.
