Job Description
We seek a Senior Accountant, Operations to oversee financial reporting, month‑end close, cost accounting, budgeting, and internal controls for operational units. The role prepares financial statements, analyzes variances, coordinates audits, drives process improvements, and partners with cross‑functional teams to support business objectives.
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports and variance analyses.
- Manage cost accounting, budgeting, and internal control activities.
- Coordinate external and internal audits; identify process enhancements.
- Lead projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively across teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred; 5+ years of operational accounting experience; advanced Excel and ERP proficiency; strong attention to detail and communication skills.
